• Start with a general message, keep it simple
  (what, why and when)
• Cover all bases - presidents, provosts,
  registrars, admissions, researchers
• Consistent messaging needs will change over
  time, start slow and build
• Engage, discuss, and be collaborative (and mean
  it!)
• Governance comprised of data champions from EACH
  constituency
• Offer tools, processes, and training
  opportunities
• Communicate, communicate, and communicate some
  more (newsletters, update memos, presentations,
  work groups, phone calls)
