project for Common Loons in Glacier National Park

• observe Common Loons and find nests,
• create a training video on Common Loon
  identification,
• introduce park staff and volunteers to the
  current state
• of knowledge about the distribution,
  breeding biology,
• impacts of human activities on loon
  population health,
• and management concerns at Glacier,
• teach participants how to observe the birds
  to determine
• whether they are mated and have young.
