What is Title I?
  • The intent of Title I is to provide supplemental
    instruction to help children have the opportunity
    to obtain high-quality education and to reach
    proficiency on the states challenging standards.

Targeted Assistance ModelNCLB Section 1115
  • Asotin is considered a Targeted Assistance
    School
  • Students are tested, using objective and multiple
    data sources
  • Serves only designated students based on rank
    order list
  • Rank order list includes multiple assessments,
    teacher input, and parent input
