Discipline - Action

• Select Action
• Select Suspended Type
• Enter the order date - (Day the Suspension
  Starts).
• Change Hour to Day enter in the Total number of
  days.
• Mark Parent Notified.
• Enter the Return date of the student.
• Click on comments and type in what you have
  assigned (ex. 2 days ISS 4/20 - 4/21).

Discipline Action Details

• Click on Action Details
• In the Action detail values box
• Click in the box that says ( only create for
  school days).
• Enter the start date of the suspension, Tab,
  Click OK and Click Done.

Discipline Suspension/Expulsion

• The Suspension/Expulsion box should pop up then
  click on Add.
• Be sure to enter the attendance for your
  suspension.

Discipline - Edits

• When the suspension is served go back to the
  details and mark served. If it was ISS be sure
  that you have the same dates in the computer that
  the student served the ISS.
• Example The student was given 2 days ISS 4/14 -
  4/15. He was absent on 4/15 and made up the day
  on 4/16.
• You would then need to change the readmit date at
  the top.
• In Action Detail Value you will need to edit the
  4/15 to 4/16. On the Suspension/Expulsion report
  you will need to change the readmit date to 4/16.
  The pop up will say this value is greater than
  two do you want to change it you will say no.
• Edit for Snow Days
