Why
  • The treaty was created primarily so that the
    Allies could decide and agree upon what they
    wanted to do to the Central Powers, the losing
    countries of WWI, which were mainly Germany,
    Austria-Hungary, Bulgaria, and the Ottoman
    Empire.
