What is the Cellular Respiration?
  • The metabolic process whereby certain organisms
    obtain energy from organic molecules.

Explain how gas is exchanged in the lungs
  • It comes through the system and pushes out in the
    lungs.

  • Air enters
  • Then leaves
  • The lungs are clear
  • Breathing is one of the body automatic functions
    it happens with our the body haven to try. Air
    goes into our lungs and then comes out again

The problems/diseases
  • The common cold- colds are caused by of
    viruses. Rhinoviruses which cause about 40 of
    colds.
  • Corona viruses-Which cause about 20
  • Adenoviruses-Which cause about 10
  • Enter viruses-Which cause about 10 and is most
    common in the summer.
  • And the flu bug cause most other colds.

How to treat the cold
  • Over the counter cold and allergy medications may
    provide temporary relief but can also have many
    unwonted side effect. Like including drowsiness,
    increased heart rate, and a light head

Lungs-Eight of the two saclike respiratory organs

Nasal Cavity-The cavity on either side of the
nasal septum
Pharynx-A tube that surrounding membrane and
muscles that connect the mouth and nasal passages
with the esophagus

Trachea-A thin walled, cartilages tube descending
from the larynx to the bronchi and carrying air

Bronchioles-Any of the fine, thin-walled, tubular
extensions of a bronchus.

cell.

Breathing- The act of a person or thing that

Diaphragm- a muscular membranous or ligament wall
separating two cavities or limiting a cavity
Carbon Dioxide- incombustible gas CO2

Oxygen- Colorless, odorless, gaseous element

Hemoglobin- The protein coloring matter of the
red blood corpuscles, serving the convey oxygen
to the tissues and accruing in reduced form.
