  transposed in my national procurement rules
• No case suitable for a competitive dialogue

Explain
Presently we cannot identify any significant
advantages to the competitive dialogue in
comparison to conventional tendering procedures
Up to now the negociated procedure met all
demands on a fair and competitive awarding.
However we are still interested to give the
competitive dialogue a chance

Is it efficient ?
It is efficient !
We found the Competitive Dialogue procedure
efficient and it probably resulted in a more
appropriate solution being supplied and under
better terms, than would have been the case with
the open or restricted procedure
Being the first project making use of the CD,
the process allowed for a significant amount of
learning by doing
