New UC Math Rule

  you are applying to, pay for your transcript at
  the PHS Finance Office and bring the receipt to
  your counselor.
• For all other colleges (non Common Application
  schools), order and send your transcript via
  www.parchment.com.
• The cost is 5 per transcript
