  • The difference is the wealth in the two.
  • Global North includes North American, Western
    Europe, Japan and Australia which has high
    standards of living, high literacy rates.

  • Then, in Kosovo, Milosevic went in and attempted
    to get rid of all of the Muslims, and ethnic
