• A year on Earth is 365 days long.
• Earth is the only planet with plants and animals.

• Mars was named for the Roman god of war.
• Mars is normally cold.
• Mars is desert except for the ice caps at the
  North and South Poles.

• Jupiter is the largest planet in the solar
