• 35000 m2 land area for fishery base.
• 300m long quay will be constructed for fishery
  berths.
• Utilizing the slop area of main entrance channel.
  This can reduce the probability of vessel's
  collision with the commercial vessel.
• Taking advantage of the natural water area for
  fishery boats without additional channel basin
  dredging. (structure dredging may be needed.)
