Public Random Drawing

• CVCHS currently receives more applications than
  it has available spots
• Enrollment preference will be given based on
  State Ed. Code (see next slide)
• Once the number of applications exceeds the
  capacity of the school, CVCHS will hold a Public
  Random Drawing (Lottery)
• All names will be drawn and numbered to determine
  enrollment offers and waitlist positions
• When a student is offered a spot they will
  receive a letter of intent form which must be
  completed and submitted within 5 days to secure
  enrollment
