  have been consolidated into one monthly summary
  invoice that will appear on your Polaris
  Acceptance Billing Statement. .
• Example Current Statement due October 15 should
  include unpaid contract from August 15 through
  September 15.
• POLARISTAR will be used on the Polaris
  Acceptance Transaction Statements and billing
  statements within COMS to help you identify the
  related transactions.
