One common theme throughout the rest of the Minor
Prophets is the Day of the LordIt is
important to understand what they are talking
about when they talk about this great and
glorious day, but also a day of wrath and
darkness.Why is it called a glorious day, and a
dark day all at the same time?

• Almost every verse about the day of the Lord
  points to the Rapture and the breaking of the 6th
  seal - and the last 1/2 of the 70th week of
  Daniel except one (2Pe 310) But the day of the
  Lord will come like a thief, in which the heavens
  will pass away with a roar and the elements will
  be destroyed with intense heat, and the earth and
  its works will be burned up. This happens at the
  end of the 1000 year reign of Christ Rev 2011
  Then I saw a great white throne and Him who sat
  upon it, from whose presence earth and heaven
  fled away, and no place was found for them.
• 2Pe 37 But by His word the present heavens and
  earth are being reserved for fire, kept for the
  day of judgment and destruction of ungodly men.
• 2Pe 38 But do not let this one fact escape your
  notice, beloved, that with the Lord one day is
  like a thousand years, and a thousand years like
  one day.

of the Lord.

• (Act 220) 'THE SUN WILL BE TURNED INTO DARKNESS
  AND THE MOON INTO BLOOD, BEFORE THE GREAT AND
  GLORIOUS DAY OF THE LORD SHALL COME.

  full well that the day of the Lord will come just
  like a thief in the night.

• The day of the Lord begins with the Rapture and
  ends with the white throne judgment.
•  
• Acts 220 tells us the sun will be darkened
  before the day of the Lord comes!
•  
• (1Co 18) who will also confirm you to the end,
  blameless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ.

• (1Co 55) I have decided to deliver such a one
  to Satan for the destruction of his flesh, so
  that his spirit may be saved in the day of the
  Lord Jesus.
•  
• (2Co 114) just as you also partially did
  understand us, that we are your reason to be
  proud as you also are ours, in the day of our
  Lord Jesus.

• (2Th 22) that you not be quickly shaken from
  your composure or be disturbed either by a spirit
  or a message or a letter as if from us, to the
  effect that the day of the Lord has come.
•  
• (Jam 57) Therefore be patient, brethren, until
  the coming of the Lord. The farmer waits for the
  precious produce of the soil, being patient about
  it, until it gets the early and late rains.
•  
• (Jam 58) You too be patient strengthen your
  hearts, for the coming of the Lord is near.
• (2Pe 312) looking for and hastening the coming
  of the day of God!

• (Acts 217) 'AND IT SHALL BE IN THE LAST DAYS,'
  God says, 'THAT I WILL POUR FORTH OF MY SPIRIT ON
  ALL MANKIND AND YOUR SONS AND YOUR DAUGHTERS
  SHALL PROPHESY, AND YOUR YOUNG MEN SHALL SEE
  VISIONS, AND YOUR OLD MEN SHALL DREAM DREAMS 18)
  EVEN ON MY BONDSLAVES, BOTH MEN AND WOMEN, I
  WILL IN THOSE DAYS POUR FORTH OF MY SPIRIT And
  they shall prophesy.19) 'AND I WILL GRANT
  WONDERS IN THE SKY ABOVE AND SIGNS ON THE EARTH
  BELOW, BLOOD, AND FIRE, AND VAPOR OF SMOKE.20)
  'THE SUN WILL BE TURNED INTO DARKNESS AND THE
  MOON INTO BLOOD, BEFORE THE GREAT AND GLORIOUS
  DAY OF THE LORD SHALL COME.21) 'AND IT SHALL BE
  THAT EVERYONE WHO CALLS ON THE NAME OF THE LORD
  WILL BE SAVED.'

• Luk 2134 "Be on guard, so that your hearts will
  not be weighted down with dissipation and
  drunkenness and the worries of life, and that day
  will not come on you suddenly like a trap
• Luk 2135 for it will come upon all those who
  dwell on the face of all the earth.
• Luk 2136 "But keep on the alert at all times,
  praying that you may have strength to escape all
  these things that are about to take place, and to
  stand before the Son of Man."

• That day is the day of the Lord. This begins
  with the rapture of the Church and is followed by
  immediate judgment and wrath.
• It is the short time of Jacobs Trouble, and
  all Israel will be taken to the wilderness and
  protected!
• It is the Day of Christs reign!

• Dan 79 "I kept looking Until thrones were set
  up, And the Ancient of Days took His seat His
  vesture was like white snow And the hair of His
  head like pure wool. His throne was ablaze with
  flames, Its wheels were a burning fire.
• Dan 710 "A river of fire was flowing And coming
  out from before Him Thousands upon thousands
  were attending Him, And myriads upon myriads were
  standing before Him The court sat, And the books
  were opened.
• Dan 711 "Then I kept looking because of the
  sound of the boastful words which the horn was
  speaking I kept looking until the beast was
  slain, and its body was destroyed and given to
  the burning fire.
• Dan 712 "As for the rest of the beasts, their
  dominion was taken away, but an extension of life
  was granted to them for an appointed period of
  time.

• Dan 713 "I kept looking in the night visions,
  And behold, with the clouds of heaven One like a
  Son of Man was coming, And He came up to the
  Ancient of Days And was presented before Him.
• Dan 714 "And to Him was given dominion, Glory
  and a kingdom, That all the peoples, nations and
  men of every language Might serve Him. His
  dominion is an everlasting dominion Which will
  not pass away And His kingdom is one Which will
  not be destroyed.

• 1Co 1523 But each in his own order Christ the
  first fruits, after that those who are Christ's
  at His coming,
• 1Co 1524 then comes the end, when He hands over
  the kingdom to the God and Father, when He has
  abolished all rule and all authority and power.
• 1Co 1525 For He must reign until He has put all
  His enemies under His feet.
• 1Co 1526 The last enemy that will be abolished
  is death.

• Rev 2011 Then I saw a great white throne and
  Him who sat upon it, from whose presence earth
  and heaven fled away, and no place was found for
  them.
• Rev 2012 And I saw the dead, the great and the
  small, standing before the throne, and books were
  opened and another book was opened, which is the
  book of life and the dead were judged from the
  things which were written in the books, according
  to their deeds.
• Rev 2013 And the sea gave up the dead which
  were in it, and death and Hades gave up the dead
  which were in them and they were judged, every
  one of them according to their deeds.
• Rev 2014 Then death and Hades were thrown into
  the lake of fire. This is the second death, the
  lake of fire.
• Rev 2015 And if anyone's name was not found
  written in the book of life, he was thrown into
  the lake of fire.

• When the sixth seal is broken, the signs of the
  Day of the Lord begin
• When the 7th seal is broken, Christ takes
  possession of all King of Kings!
• The false Christ looses power at this point!

The day of the Lord is glorious (the Rapture and
Marriage supper), but at the same time terrible
(judgment and wrath)

Jer 2319 "Behold, the storm of the LORD has
gone forth in wrath, Even a whirling tempest It
will swirl down on the head of the wicked. Jer
2320 "The anger of the LORD will not turn back
Until He has performed and carried out the
purposes of His heart In the last days you will
clearly understand it.

2Ti 312 Indeed, all who desire to live godly in
Christ Jesus will be persecuted. 2Ti 313 But
evil men and impostors will proceed from bad to
worse, deceiving and being deceived.

2Ti 31 But realize this, that in the last days
difficult times will come. 2Ti 32 For men will
be lovers of self, lovers of money, boastful,
arrogant, revilers, disobedient to parents,
ungrateful, unholy, 2Ti 33 unloving,
irreconcilable, malicious gossips, without
self-control, brutal, haters of good, 2Ti 34
treacherous, reckless, conceited, lovers of
pleasure rather than lovers of God, 2Ti 35
holding to a form of godliness, although they
have denied its power

2Pe 33 Know this first of all, that in the last
days mockers will come with their mocking,
following after their own lusts, 2Pe 34 and
saying, "Where is the promise of His coming? For
ever since the fathers fell asleep, all continues
just as it was from the beginning of creation."
2Pe 35 For when they maintain this, it escapes
their notice that by the word of God the heavens
existed long ago and the earth was formed out of
water and by water,

• Evolution has replaced creation. It escapes
  their notice. It shouldntRom 120 For since
  the creation of the world His invisible
  attributes, His eternal power and divine nature,
  have been clearly seen, being understood through
  what has been made, so that they are without
  excuse.

• This machine in bacteria has made many
  biologists believe in a creator, since, this
  machine cant work even if one part is not
  present.
• Science, at its core, is finding the very finger
  print of God in creation!
• Yet, the Bible told us in the last days men would
  deny the creator. Thus, the theory of evolution!

Rom 125 For they exchanged the truth of God for
a lie, and worshiped and served the creature
rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever.
Amen. Rom 126 For this reason God gave them
over to degrading passions for their women
exchanged the natural function for that which is
unnatural, Rom 127 and in the same way also
the men abandoned the natural function of the
woman and burned in their desire toward one
another, men with men committing indecent acts
and receiving in their own persons the due
penalty of their error. Rom 128 And just as
they did not see fit to acknowledge God any
longer, God gave them over to a depraved mind, to
do those things which are not proper

• The rise of homosexuality in the last days is a
  direct result of deny the creator!
• This is another sign we are in the last days!!!

Mat 2437 "For the coming of the Son of Man will
be just like the days of Noah. Mat 2438 "For
as in those days before the flood they were
eating and drinking, marrying and giving in
marriage, until the day that Noah entered the
ark, Mat 2439 and they did not understand
until the flood came and took them all away so
will the coming of the Son of Man be. Mat 2440
"Then there will be two men in the field one
will be taken and one will be left.

• This is the Rapture!

Do you love the world more than God?Today is
the day to make things right between you and God.

Knowing the right path to take is a start.
Proceeding down that path is the difficulty.
However, life is a wonderful journey, and who is
a better guide than He who conceived it? As soon
as you start on the path, you discover it is just
the beginning of a wonderful journey. It is an
adventure. As you embark, you have to leave much
behind. But you realize the destination is worth
it not to mention the overwhelming peace, joy
and love you experience on the way. Every
morning is new, every night brings sweet rest.
You look forward to what wonders God will show
you the next day. Yet, the enemy tries to keep
us from the path. And whether the enemy is Satan
or our flesh, we are kept from that great
adventure. Therefore, every morning we say to
ourselves - Enough of mediocrity. Enough of
simply existing. Enough of self-indulgence. I
am an adventurer. Gods Word is my guide. This
life is too short to just get by I will do
exploits for my King! God, use me today to reach
just one person for your Kingdom! And after that
one, just one more! Life is exciting when
Christs at the helm! It is too grand to
articulate! God created you with a wonderful
plan in mind. One day, in eternity, you and I
will gaze speechless across the heavenly
landscape. Overwhelmed with complete joy, we
will remember this day. We will thank God our
past is forgotten (more importantly forgiven),
and we will give each other a nod knowing that
we lived the rest of our lives in service to the
King. We embarked on that wonderful journey and
we never looked back. We denied ourselves a few
earthly accolades to embrace an eternal reward.
And our Lord God, our Savior, will say, well
done good and faithful servant. At that
singular event in time, we will remember
everything we left behind, and it will appear as
but rubble. And we will see all who came into
the Kingdom through our words, our actions, and
our lives as we died to ourselves and allowed
Messiah to live through us. The greatest joy
that man can contain will fill us to overflowing.
That is worth more than you and I could ever
attempt to pay. Thank God He sent His Son to pay
the price for our great adventure both the
