  • The Problem The U.S. wants to build a canal
    through Panama to for world domination. Columbia
    says no.
  • The Solution Support a secret coup (the sudden,
    violent overthrow of government) for Panamanian
    independence. Force the new government to
    accept your canal without Congressional approval.
