• After the raffle drawing, please complete the
  Fall 2009 Campaign Cash In! Local/Regional
  Raffle Report. This report may be found on
  Managers Best Practices. Be sure to clearly
  print each Associate name, number, and the prize
  won. After the event, you must send this
  completed form to your RVP Assistant no later
  than December 28th. Please keep a copy of this
  form for your records.

• A few tips for running your raffle event
• Be sure to have associates write their name on
  each Jimmy Buck.
• Set up a table with a basket or container in
  front of a picture of each prize.
• Associates use their Jimmy Bucks to bid on any
  item(s) they want by placing them in the basket
  in front of the picture of the prize(s) they are
  trying to win.
• Allow ample time for associates to place their
  bids.
• Associates can increase their chances by placing
  as many bids with their Jimmy Bucks as they like.
• At the conclusion of bidding, you can begin
  drawing winning bids from each prizes basket.
• If you are raffling more than one of each prize,
  you can either choose all the winners from one
  prize before moving on to the next or you can
  choose your first round of winners per prize
  before going back to choose the next round of
  winners.
