• Two cylinder shaped organelles found near the
  nucleus
• Perpendicular to each other
• Separate from each other in mitosis
• Spindle fibers pull away from each other and cell
  splits (spindle fibers attach to chromosomes)

• If lysosome ruptures, it eats the cells
