Duties of The School Coordinator

• June 22 Attend District Training Session
• Aug 16-31 Contact principal regarding program
  to secure cooperation
• Aug (TBA) Attend second training session for
  Unit Leader, Den Organizers Assistant
  Coordinator. Turn in coordinator report card.
  See that Rally Master is recruited.
• Sept 1 Ensure Troop, Dist Committee,
  Commissioner, Crew or Order of Arrow is recruited
  to assist with Join School Night
• Sept 13 Take Materials to School at Proper
  time.
• Sept 23 Contact principal two days before
  School Night to make sure materials is
  distributed
• Sept 27-29 Preside at Join Scouting Night
  program
• Sept 27-29 Collect reports from each Den
  Organizer following meeting.
• Sept 27-29 Take completed report Envelopes and
  cards.

Duties of The Den Organizers

• August 11 Attend Join School Night Briefing
  Meeting
• August (TBA) Attend second training session
  for Unit Leader, Den Organizers Assistant
  Coordinator. Turn in coordinator report card.
  See that Rally Master is recruited.
• September 12-16 Promote Join Scout Night by
  all members of your unit should wear their
  uniform.
• September 20-26 Organize and conduct
  telephone invitations to Join Scouting
• September 27-29 Set up display and
  demonstration at least 30 minutes before Join
  Night.
• September 27-29 Lead Join Scout Night,
  register new boys and secure parental help.
• September 27-29 Turn in report containing
  enrollment and fees to School Coordinator.
• September 30 Follow Up
