Prerequisites cont

• OIT Systems needs the following, 2 weeks in
  advance
• A document listing domain(s) and corresponding MX
  records.
• A .csv file containing the following information
  for each user in organization
• uNID
• Department directory username (if different than
  uNID)
• Department email username (if different than
  uNID)
• Preferred name (Name displayed in UMail)
• Default reply-to address (primary email address)
• Published email addresses for user (separated by
  semi-colons, not commas)
• Current forwarding settings, if any
• A document listing any white-lists or grey-lists
  you currently have in place.
• Documentation on department resource mailboxes
  and mailing lists
