CONCLUSION
Shenzhen is clearly more developed at the moment
mainly because of the Hong Kong Cooperation and
Shenzhen Stock Exchange. But Guangzhou has a
high potential to take the lead in South China
Region because its higher human resources and
concern for environmental and sustainable
development.
