Current Review of Files

• Conducted a file by file review
• Students should keep a copy of their certificates
• Verify CE hours on website are correct
• Our internal database has good information
• Movement into the Inactive Status section
• Tracking of 2 year probation periods for acting
  assessors

Suspension Letters

• We issued suspension letters as of July 1, 2011
• The assessor gets an email notification of
  suspension of their non-compliant appraisers
• Student must make up deficient hours
• No extra hours transfer to the current cycle
• Example
• Suspension now noted on website table
