• Study of how peoples efficiency in their working
  environment
• Typical person works between 8-12 hours at a desk
  per day
• Injuries and muscle pain can occur

Posture

• Everyone has their own preferred seating style,
  but, major back and neck pain often occurs from
  bad posture

Tips

• Sit up as straight as possible hands should be
  slightly lower than elbows to keep blood flowing
  to the hands
• If possible, buy an ergonomic chair with lumbar
  support! Comfort and good health is important!
• Take frequent breaks and stretch your arms and
  legs
