DIFFUSE ALVEOLAR HEMORRHAGES

• Hemorrhage to alveolar spaces
• Alveolo-capillary membrane damage
• Damage to arterioles-venules and alveolar septal
  lines along with tears in capillaries around
  these areas
• Even if excess hemorrhage exist, hemoptysis can
  be absent?
