  • SDR (System Design Responsibility) Company must
    establish a defects reports (SI) handling system,
    which must be used for investigation and analysis
    in order to contribute to the aim of continuous
    improvement of the safety and continued
    airworthiness of the products.

    aircraft and to provide a continuous analysis of
    the effectiveness of continuing airworthiness
    management organization for defect control system

    cost) for Italian MOD
