4Lemonade Stand Project
- Strategies
- Sunny day raise the price and add more ice
- Rainy day Lower the price and add fewer ice
- Noticeable Fact
- The lower the price the more customers buy
- The higher the price the more they complain
5Explanation
Our results due to our recipe How did this
meet our expectation?
Ice We made sure that on hot, sunny days we
bought more ice so that extras ice would remain
at the end of the day. Many customers would leave
our stand very satisfied. Recipe We Tried not
change the recipe much once we made sure the it
was not too sour nor too sweet. What changes most
was the Ice and price depending on the weather,
so we would be able to satisfied our customers
demands. Customers Satisfaction Customer
Satisfaction was actually pretty
high. Popularity Our Lemonade Stand was very
popular to Customers and as days went by more and
more customers arrived
6WEATHER EXPECTATIONS
Our results due to weather conditionsHow did
this meet our expectations?
- Hot Day More Ice Price Goes Up
- Rainy Day Less ice Price goes down
- Hazy day Usual 4 Ice per cup Usual price
- Overcast day More Ice Price goes up
- Our Results met our expectations in the sense
that we logically would change the price and the
ice depending on weather conditions. On sunny
days Lemonade would go high in demand, so we
raised the prices a bit higher so that we can
make more profit as well as the quantity of ice
so that customers can cool off. On cold days we
would lower the price and quantity of ice so that
customers could buy more since it would already
be low in demand.
Total cups sold to Potential Costumers
7Daily Comparison
Depending on the weather changes during the
month, the amount of lemonade cups sold were
determined by how we would change our recipe in
order to be concise with our customers demands.
On hot days we would be able to make more profit
than on cold days.
Temperature Profits (each day) ?

8Weather
?Weather Profits (each day )
The weather was one of the biggest factors
involved in our sales. In order to satisfy our
customers we had to be able to manage our stand
according to the weather.
Customers Satisfaction weather ?
9The Sour Lemon
THIS INFANTS FACE SAYS IT ALL
This is what our customers faces would look like
if we dont adjust the amount of lemons added,
because if enough lemon isnt added, then itd
almost be like having our customers drink a pure
lemon drink w/ just water and ice. ? SO BE
CAREFUL WITH THE LEMON QUANTITY! BE AWARE THAT
YOU SHOULDNT ADD TOO MUCH SUGAR EITHER!
10EXPECTATIONS
- The Lemonade Stand was actually a very good way
of Practicing pricing and business management.
Even though it was a simple lemonade stand, we
have realized that not even in the smallest or
simplest of jobs is easy, mainly because we had
to make sure the everything is good enough to the
customers satisfaction. In our case it was the
Lemonade stand which we had to manage. We had to
make sure that the ingredients were added by
decent amounts of everything. The quantity had a
lot of say in our project, because We had to make
sure that it wasnt too sour or too sweet. - In conclusion The lemonade Stand wasnt how we
actually expected a Lemonade stand to be, but It
was profitable, because apart from our expenses
we made more than what we started off with. As
well as being a good virtual learning experience.
