• Take 5 minutes to reanalyse the two pictures
  taken in Benidorm.
• This is an area that has been subjected to rapid
  development.
• How would you minimise some of the impacts
  identified?

  planning controls
• Limit the height of buildings
• Specify the materials
• Design fits in with area
• Zone resorts into quiet and noisey areas
• Restrict the amount of development
