• Protect Human and Environmental Health from Waist
  Disposal.
• Conserve energy and natural resources through
  recycling and recovery.
• The eliminate or reduce the amount of waist
  produced (hazardous waist).
• Ensure that waist is manageable in a manner that
  protects human health and the environment.
