  fit the theme of the Center?
• Is the project scientifically sound?
• Is the plan feasible and able to be conducted
  within one year?

  larger, fundable project?
• Issues pertaining to human subjects, inclusion of
  women and minority, children
• Is the budget reasonable and adequate?
