• Initiated as a result of the Priority Integration
  Opportunity Reports
• March 2005 Conference with seed funding from
  Queens Park, Central West Regional Office, and
  participant fees. The participants agreed on 3
  priorities
• Website development (information sharing)
• CSS orientation presentation to LHINs and health
  system partners (enhanced awareness)
• Bi-annual conferences (knowledge transfer)
