THE BILL OF RIGHTS
  • CONGRESS SHALL MAKE NO LAW... The Bill of
    Rights are protections against the federal
    government in addition to those already
    established in the United States Constitution.
    But remember, none of the rights listed in the
    Constitution are ABSOLUTE, but instead are
    RELATIVE.

    free exercise thereof or abridging the freedom
    of speech, or of the press, or the right of the
