- Programmed a series of meetings
- Each with a focus
- Established a network of communication on-line
- So that those who missed a meeting were still
informed - Circulated the proceedings of each meeting
- Established a repository of knowledge

- For individuals
- An increase in knowledge understanding of
client groups has developed through sharing
knowledge. - Understanding of information on the NTF lead to
discussion on pathways for clients - - Shared Case Studies have lead to better
understanding of individual needs and pathways
open to them - Needs for further personal and vocational skill
development by COP members have been expressed
and discussed - A forum - Multicultural Employment Advocacy
Network (MEAN) has been identified as a follow up
to the project for advocacy - Some areas for change in practice have been
identified.
- For organisations
- There is evidence of closer working relationships
between members of the COP integration of
services - Improved practices such as changed attitudes,
more referral options, advocacy for clients has
taken place better pathways for client - Increased motivation to find workable solutions
to clients needs has been evident in the
consistent commitment and meeting attendance by
Community members evaluation of delivery of
services - Financial/business outcomes will take longer to
come about. - Identification of overseas skills recognition
is a continuing barrier for clients
