VSL D1 Scheduling Procedure
Jan 01 VSA D1 Registration Due

• Club Coordinators Responsibilities
• Focal Point for Club on Scheduling, Individual
  Teams will not be worked with!
• If clubs have issues with bracket proposals
  feedback required by 2/15 from Club Coordinators
• Email from individual teams will be deleted
• 1 Email from Club Coordinators stating all the
  concerns
• Same process for schedules, feedback only from
  Club Coordinators
• Once VSL D1 Schedule is published NO Changes
• Only Weather Related Schedule changes will be
  handled.
• Forfeits will put your club in bad standing with
  the league.
• Changes handled only by Club Coordinators

Score Reporting

• Results / Scores will be included in USOFFICIALS
  same as last year
• Accessible via USOFFICIALS Homepage No ids
  required
• Will be improving so referees can do an accurate
  job of reporting.
• New Sort being added based on Current Date ie
  games to be played and games played
• REMINDER Playoff schedule is not loaded until
  the after the season, saying that you dont know
  about the game is not a valid response
• Club Coordinators are the focal point for scoring
  issues.
• 1 Email/week on any scoring issues.
• ISSUE Didnt receive many until final week and
  it wasnt the club coordinators handling these
  issues.
• Website will be updated with Standings when time
  permits.
• I need help with Scoring issues and
  standingspeople have offered, so if there are
  people out there have them contact me. We will
  work out the details.
