• To map the institutional context of homeownership
  in each countryTo understand how home owners
  perceive their structural position, how those
  perceptions influence their current behaviour
  and future strategies, all in the context of the
  security and insecurity aspects of homeownership.
• Description of work
• Combining data from workpackage 1, with
  information form secondary sources (such as
  statistical data, official documents) to provide
  descriptions of national institutional
  arrangements.Agreeing checklist of topics for
  interviews, based on the need for conceptual
  equivalence in different national settings,
  including the development of vignettes
  appropriate for use across a number of
  countries.Undertaking household interviews
  according to common sampling criteria, drawing
  also on local knowledgeOverseeing and checking
  transcription of interviewsDevelopment of coding
  frame for the analysis of the dataAnalysing
  interviews for each country
• Deliverables
