    interoperability between field elements and
    functional environments or systems.

    productivity, connectivity, safety, and
    accessibility.

Institutional Who are our ICM Stakeholders
  • The San Diego I-15 ICM transportation corridor
will be managed collaboratively and cooperatively
through on-going partnerships among the San Diego
    Association of Governments (SANDAG), the
    California Department of Transportation
    (Caltrans), the Metropolitan Transit System
(MTS), the North County Transit District (NCTD),
the California Highway Patrol (CHP), and the
Cities of San Diego, Poway, and Escondido.

12
Institutional How our Site defined Roles and
achieved Buy-in among ICM Stakeholders

stakeholders by developing and executing a
Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) among ICM
    Corridor partners /PROJECT CHARTER
  • Leveraging to Existing Institutional
    Organizational Model
  • SANTEC
  • ITS CEO
  • RAMS
  • Strengthen existing communication linkages among
    all Corridor institutional stakeholders
