- The San Diego I-15 ICM transportation corridor
will be managed collaboratively and cooperatively
through on-going partnerships among the San Diego
Association of Governments (SANDAG), the
California Department of Transportation
(Caltrans), the Metropolitan Transit System
(MTS), the North County Transit District (NCTD),
the California Highway Patrol (CHP), and the
Cities of San Diego, Poway, and Escondido.
