  your program go, what youd like to see it

• Get it down on paper, include as much detail as
  possible about what is needed to arrive at the
  final desired outcomes
• Again, on paper, separate the program into
  components which could be developed or
  implemented

  meetings involve the identification of mutual
  goals, and the attainment of consensus regarding
