- Vector Based Auto nesting
Recognizes the real shape of sheet and part
geometry by Pixel representation. SAA(Simulated
Annealing Algorithm) is adapted for Pixel Based
Auto-Nesting.

paired automatically and continuously.
- Combination of Pixel and Vector based
Auto-Nesting
is useful to save the material with pairing and
grouping automatically in the Vector based
Auto-nesting mode, and then searches the empty
space and puts the smaller parts in it. User can
combine two nesting modes.
- Auto-Nesting on Multiple sheets simultaneously
Nests automatically to locate a part on the other
sheet and exchange parts to find the better nest
automatically as likely as human can do. During
nest, its simulated the nesting so that user can

Reads the text file and converts each rectangular
part from the text data, the length and width

generated. In the left window, user can set up
the number of iteration, target efficiency, and
so on.

Part Programming and NC File generation
Opens multiple DXF files and recognizes the outer
inner contour, marking line and hole
automatically. Also sequences tool path according
to the cutting direction.
Selected parts are defined the manufacturing
information together such as kerf diameter, lead
in point/length/angle and so on..
The length, approaching angle and position of
Lead in/out line arc can be defined/redefined.
Several types of bevel with corner loops are
supported.
For longer parts, multiple lead-in is supported
to prevent the heat distortion of material.
