Homework/Projects

• Reading Logs promote regular reading of
  self-selected items due weekly vocabulary is an
  important part please make sure they are reading
  regularly.
• Novel Analysis promote application of literary
  analysis studied in class and presentation
  skills. Four times per school year. Documents
  on website and due dates in planner.

Folder Organization

• Classwork Folder/Binder Holds current
  classwork, daily objectives, and drills.
• Writing Portfolio This folder is kept in class
  and contains writing pieces that are in progress.

Look in Planner DAILY

• Please monitor your childs progress with
  assignments by looking at the planner DAILY!
• We will use it as a communication tool for notes
  home and vice versa.
• All homework due dates should be written in the
  planner!
