ENVIRONMENT AND FUEL BURN

• 1 saving in average annual fuel burn

ENVIRONMENTAL EFFECTIVENESS

• 2002 cross fleet fuel effectiveness 4.5 litres
  per 100 p.km
• By 2008 this will be 4.0 l/100 p.km
• New aircraft effectiveness is 3.5 l/100 p.km
• New aircraft are on average as fuel efficient as
  modern compact cars but 6 times faster!
