  • (Forms approved by the due date are guaranteed
    to be submitted to the Bursar before fees are
    billed to students.)

Changes to the Process
  • Account Set-up (SPS function) for Graduate School
    fellowships will be handled by Ted.
  • A Form 90 will need to be completed for each
    fellowship every year, even if it is on hold.
  • The Technology Fee is not automatically covered
    by the Graduate School (See Green Sheet)

  • Section C has been revised to allow for charging
    fees based on the semester, per your feedback.
  • The new RR Fee is now reflected on the Form 90.

  • There will be a new account number each year for
    multiple year fellowships.
  • Preparer Who should be contacted with questions?

  • Indicate Fellowship or Assistantship

    (Financial Aid)
