Learning CCiRater
The CCiRater is based on the concept of the Easy
App screen. This screen will allow you to Rate
and access all of your Clients information from
one screen. The Easy App is designed so you can
move from field to field with ease and you can
use your Enter , Tabs or the Mouse to
navigate around the screen.

You have the option of running the program in
Full screen or Easy App only. Click on your
screen controls to change.

Admin- Password Protection
The Password feature allows you to Administer and
control the program functions by defining
Passwords. It can be very elaborate or basic. We
recommend using this only after you are familiar
with the program.

The first time this is done, an Administrator
Account is setup. The Administrator will define
the rights of all users. Remember your Password!
This screen will show up each time a Protected
Feature is accessed.

Type in your Password and Confirmation

You are now setup as Administrator. The next step
is to add a New User.

The New User screen is displayed. User Name and
Password are needed. After that we will define
the Program features he can use.

We have entered his Name and Password. Now we
will define the features he may use. If you leave
everything unchecked he may do everything. If
you check off features you restrict him to only
making those changes.

When we have finished, his Permissions are
displayed below. If you need to edit or correct
what you have done, select edit.

his Permissions.
