How to Change Your PC Account Password
  • After you login, press (CTRL-ALT-DEL)
  • Click on the Change Password button
  • Type in your current password in the Old
    Password field
  • Type in the new password in the New Password
    field and retype it in the Confirm New Password
    field. NOTE Password should match UITS password
  • Click OK to complete the change

Workstation Replacement Program
  • Provides a replacement system for all faculty and
    staff every 3-4 years
  • Covers full and part time employees
  • Central funds available for a standard
    replacement desktop computer accessories and
    the difference to cover a notebook computer must
    be funded by the faculty member.
  • Only covers 1 system per faculty member

Policies - Special Request Software

  • Funding must be secured through RATS or other
    Departmental funds
  • TS requires instructors to adhere to UITS
    deadlines (May for fall, October for spring) -
    watch for deadline announcements

  • Supported printer manufacturer HP (faculty
    member will be charged for local printer parts)
    full service is only available for network
    printers
  • Equipment must meet minimum criteria for support
    (desktops laptopsgt 667MHz Pentium III
    printers must be newer than an HP LaserJet 5)
