DRILL
- Purpose
- To facilitate attainment of TIM vision while
maintaining flexibility to - redirect resources when necessary through a
process model. The Rock Drill - was designed to
- Obtain a common understanding of the process by
all key stakeholders - Validate the process model through the use of
vignettes - Obtain a consensus among stakeholders

- Process Model Validated
- Garrison commanders, region directors, and IMA
have authority to cross-level within BOS/SRM - Requests for additional funds will be processed
through two channels - from Mission Commanders through MACOM
- from Garrison Commanders through Region Director
- HQDA will publish formal policy and procedures
for processing requirements within ARSTAF and
designate who has the decision authority in the
executive office of HQDA (EOH)
