- Aggregate data to be compiled and forwarded onto
SAC - Purpose, Background, and Format (10 minutes)
- Why do these focus groups?
- In conjunction with the Charting the Future
dialogues that have occurred, Dr. Cartwright has
invited departments and divisions to provide
input concerning the strategic direction of BGSU - It is imperative that Student Affairs provide
recommendations and strategies for inclusion into
the overall university strategic plan - How did we get to this point?
- Strategic planning is an ongoing process, but
with Dr. Cartwrights call for input, Student
Affairs is looking at the planning document that
was created a few years ago to determine what
divisional goals and strategies align with the
university goals - The Student Affairs Strategic Planning Committee
met to discuss the best way to extract thoughts
and ideas from staff within the division
