11HEALTHY EATING HABITS
- Energize your brain by eating complex
carbohydrates. - Improve concentration and alertness by including
low-fat sources of protein. - Keep your body functioning at its peak by getting
enough vitamins and minerals. - Maintain your mood and energy levels by
stabilizing the amount of sugar in your blood.

- Choose foods from healthy choice menus.
- Eat baked or broiled foods.
- Have salad instead of fries.
- Drink lots of water, limit the high-sugar

- Make sleep a priority.
