HEALTHY EATING HABITS
  • Energize your brain by eating complex
    carbohydrates.
  • Improve concentration and alertness by including
    low-fat sources of protein.
  • Keep your body functioning at its peak by getting
    enough vitamins and minerals.
  • Maintain your mood and energy levels by
    stabilizing the amount of sugar in your blood.

  • Choose foods from healthy choice menus.
  • Eat baked or broiled foods.
  • Have salad instead of fries.
  • Drink lots of water, limit the high-sugar
    beverages.
  • Pizza? Thin crust and lots of veggies!

  • Create a comfortable sleep environment by
    regulating noise, light, and temperature.

    that amount.
