3FUNDING PROGRAMS
- Our funding programs provide financial assistance
to organisations to - Undertake Sport and Recreation planning
- Improve management and administration skills
- Provide a broad range of opportunities to
increase participation in sport and recreation - Develop and enhance Sport and Recreation
facilities that allow for enhanced participation
in physical activity and - Develop appropriately located, well designed and
well managed sport and active facilities.

- GST and SRQ Funding
- Grants are a form of income for your club
- If your club is GST registered your grant will
include GST when paid. - eg. Grant of 75,000 will be 82,500 when paid.
- If your Club is NOT registered for GST the club
must pay for own GST expenses - SRQ may require organisations applying for larger
grants to register for GST as a condition of

- Provides funding to undertake minor construction,
extension or upgrade works to sport and
recreation facilities. - Local sport and recreation clubs and associations

- You can receive up to 67 to a maximum of
134,000 of the total eligible project cost - The total project cost needs to be between
10,000 to 200,000 - Supply evidence of the funding required to
deliver the project - Bank statement
