2Librarys Operating Plan
- It is time to update the Librarys Operating Plan
for 2004-2005. - The NAU 2004-2009 Strategic Plan can be found at

ning/scripts/serve_home - It is a given that the Library's contributions to
the institutional priorities will be
characterized by strong reliance on - digital information

- collaboration with various groups and
constituents - The Library will demonstrate its commitment to
learners and scholars by developing an
increasingly robust and functional 24 x 7 library
environment.
3Process for Updating the Plan
- Each group identified should select one
individual to serve on a Library-wide committee
that will be responsible for updating the
Librarys Operating Plan. - Names should be submitted to Claudia Bakula by
February 27, 2004. - The committee will encourage broad participation
and produce focused results in updating the
Librarys Operating Plan
