- The CITES Help Desk Consortium has a membership
of departmental staff who provide direct
computing support to their customers. - The Consortium has three purposes
- to facilitate and coordinate communication among
members - to solicit input regarding how CITES can better
serve members and their customers - to provide information to members regarding

- Designing a new industry-standard service

systems - Future phases will add features requested by

- RFP responses have been received and are being
reviewed - Functional specifications are being finalized
- Product selected and implementation started this
