Kindergarten News Next week at a glance Ms.
Irvings Kindergarten November 2, 2007
There will be no school on Tuesday, November 6th
due to Election Day. Parent Teacher
Conferences Conferences will be during the
afternoons of November 1516. There will be
night conferences on Thursday from 530-830pm
only. Conferences will be in 15 minute
intervals, so please be on time for your
appointment. A note with your scheduled day and
time will be sent home shortly. If you need an
evening conference the school must receive the
request form by this Monday. The office will do
their best to accommodate your requests, but
please understand the time slots are limited.
Language Arts Next week our letter of the week
will be Tt with Tiggy Tiger. Next week we
will focus on learning the sound, how to write
it, a song, and identifying words that begin with
our letter. Please practice writing letters at
home with your child. Our new sight word will be
my Review sight words I see Math We will
finish Chapter 3 Matching and Counting. Box
Tops for Education Our class is collecting box
tops to help raise money for our school. Look
for box tops on many of your favorite food and
household products. Below is an example of what
a box top looks like.
