To Check Out a Book

• Need your Student ID
• Dont lend it or lose ityoure responsible for
  anything checked out on it!
• Two-week checkout
• Overdues 5 cents per school day
• If you have a fine of .99 or more and/ or an over
  due book you can not check out

• You may check out at the end of the day only.
• Overnight check so it is due back the next day
  before 1st hour
• Overdue fine 25 per day

• Large Lab (25 computers)
• Small Lab (15 computers)
• MS Office 2000 (Word, PowerPoint, Publisher,
  etc.)
• Internet
• Calculator
• Paint

Signing In

• Sign the Lab Sign-in Sheet at the Circ Desk
• (First and Last name legibly)
• Pick up a numbered computer pass
• Sit at the corresponding computer
• Clean up your area before you leave
• Return the pass to its proper place
• Report any computer problems to Mrs. Houck

Logging In

• Username Number on student ID
• Password Birthday with no zeros
• Example March 2, 1992 you would use 321992
• These are posted in the labs.

Printing

• Printers are located at the Circulation Desk
• First 5 pages (text) per block FREE
• Additional pages (text) 5 cent per page
• Anything with graphics (including direct Internet
  printing) 10 cents per page
• Copy paste instruction sheets available
• Print onceprinter has a memory. Ask for help if
  you need it.
• Color Printer 15 cents/copy

• Save to the network
• Save to a flash
• Make a BACK UP COPY!!!

• Access only school-appropriate sites
• Email and games permitted before or after school
  ONLY
• Clean up your computer area when you leave the
  lab
• No food or drink
• No headphones
