• Establish readily identifiable tasks, and
  completion milestones, to eliminate ambiguity
• Pick the CVIEW vendor very carefully
• Selection of an experienced consultant will go a
  long way toward reducing stress

• Utilize all available resources
• Establish regular team teleconferences to monitor
  progress
• Maintain minutes of the teleconferences, and
  e-mail them to the team
• Establishment of a project website is a definite
  plus

• Assign action items to specific groups and/or
  individuals, once assigned .... follow up!
• Use e-mail both as a communication tool, and as a
  follow up reminder
• An occasional high five goes a long way ...
  everyone likes to know their efforts are
  appreciated.
• Expect delays, but keep moving forward
